I’m a Doctor in Psychology with 10 years of experience from coaching, counselling, psychological evaluations, giving workshops, and leading groups. I focus on high-performance coaching and helping people live a meaningful life as their best possible self. As a psychologist and coach I use a combination of different therapeutic approaches with the focus of always finding whatever works for my client. My practice is empowerment-oriented, focused on the present instead of the past, on the good instead of the bad, and on the solutions instead of the problems. Due to my background in literature and language studies and history with discursive reseach metholodogies, I have a sensitivity for language and for how we socially and culturally construct different psychological phenomena.
